Kansas college students studying graphic design spent Saturday learning from professional designers and receiving feedback on their work at the 2025 Student Portfolio Forum. AIGA Wichita dubbed this year’s event "Sleight of Brand."

Judges conferred awards to three students on the strength of their overall portfolios and designated winners in five subcategories:

Best in show (first place, portfolio): Courtney Lang
Second place (portfolio): Matthew Guzman
Third place (portfolio): Macy Ostrom
Best illustration: Kayla Black
Best typography: Kristopher Cruspero
Best digital: Courtney Lang
Best packaging: Janis Hwang
Best logo: Savannah Shively
